The profile shall be roll formed with 4 ribs and centres with spacing 233 mm and a cover width of 700 mm. The depths of the flutes are 43 mm and include capillary breaks
with spurs at 300 mm along the edge of the male rib to ensure positive interlocking of the side laps. Two stiffening ribs are incorporated in each pan.
Safintra 0.50 mm thick Saflok 700 Bare/Prepainted Canyon Red interlocking roof sheeting with Z275 spelter to both sides fixed to steel intermediate purl ins at
2000 mm, ridge purl ins at 1700 mm centres and eaves purlins at 1800 mm centres using Saflok 700 clips screw fixed to steel purlins secured with 3No.l0 x 16 mm or 12 x
25 mm wafer head self tapping screws, all in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.
Saflok 700 sheet may be cranked and bullnosed but not reverse bullnosed. Minimum radium is 450 mm. Minium radii for springing or draping is 36 metres convex and 60
m concave. On-site cranking is available on request.
Saflok 700 can be ordered in any practical length as per customer requirements. On site rolling is recommended for lengths is excess of 13 metres. The minium roof
pitch when using Saflok 700 is 2 degrees.
This clipping profile is fastened to the purlin by means of a sheet clip. Sheets are locked onto the clips and therefore not perforated. It is essential that the male rib is
directly engaged to the underside of the clip.
